rivoSIM is a product of Jetrivo, based in Bangladesh. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect information when you browse our website, create an account, buy or manage an eSIM, contact support, or use an Agency or Partner service.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use rivoSIM, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, account credentials, contact messages, billing and order details, referral or coupon information, and records needed to support your purchase.
For eSIM provisioning and support, we process package and destination selections, order and supplier references, ICCID and eSIM transaction identifiers, activation and installation details, device or network status, usage and validity information, and related operational logs. We also receive payment status and transaction references from bKash. We do not need your bKash PIN.
Our website may process IP address, browser and device information, session and security data, cookie preferences, cart state, and referral attribution. See our Cookie Policy for details.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, price and process orders, confirm payment, provision and deliver eSIMs, manage installation links and lifecycle status, provide support, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain financial and audit records, administer Agency and Partner services, send service-related messages, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
Operational emails may include verification, purchase, payment, fulfillment, account, refund, wallet, payout, support, and security notices. These messages are part of providing the requested service rather than promotional subscriptions.
4. Suppliers, payments and service providers
We share only information reasonably needed to deliver the service. bKash processes payment activity. eSIMAccess and relevant upstream mobile operators process eSIM provisioning, activation, connectivity, lifecycle and support data. Hosting, email, security and support providers may process limited information on our behalf.
These providers operate under their own systems and policies. Information may be processed outside Bangladesh where an international supplier or operator provides the service, subject to applicable data-protection requirements. We do not sell customer personal information.
5. Cookies and Meta measurement
Necessary storage supports sessions, authentication, security, carts and first-party referral attribution. Optional browser advertising measurement, including the Meta Pixel when configured, is controlled by your cookie preference and is not required for checkout.
Server-side purchase measurement through Meta Conversions API is separately configuration-controlled and limited to eligible purchase events and available transaction context. A browser cookie choice should not be understood as disabling every server-side operational or configured measurement process. Meta may receive event and matching data according to the active configuration; credentials and internal configuration are never displayed in this policy.

6. Security and retention
We use access controls, transaction records, validation and other reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide and support services, preserve order, payment, wallet, refund and audit records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and satisfy accounting or legal obligations. Different records may require different retention periods; this application does not publish one universal fixed period.
7. Your choices and rights
You may update available account information, change optional cookie preferences, and ask us to access or correct personal information associated with your account. You may also ask about deletion or restriction. Some records may need to be retained for completed transactions, security, accounting, audit or legal purposes.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Rights and available remedies depend on applicable law and the nature of the record.
